This Easter weekend, we’re doing something a bit extra at Stu’s at Ivybridge, on Good Friday we’ll have a four fish special on our daily market board for you to choose from, as well as our usual supper menu.
Good Friday Supper Specials:
- Locally caught Haddock fillet in a crispy beer batter with hand-cut seasoned chunky chips, buttered peas and tartare sauce
- Freshly caught Salmon fillet with a caper and dill hollandaise sauce, buttered chive potatoes, mixed leaf salad, pickled vegetables and buttered peas
- King Prawns in a panko breadcrumb served on a bed of sticky jasmine rice served with a katsu curry sauce, mixed leaf salad, pickled vegetables
- King Prawns cooked in a sweet chilli, lime, garlic and coriander sauce on a bed of sticky jasmine rice, mixed leaf and pickled vegetables
