What better way to spend your bank holiday Monday lunch than coming to Stu’s at Ivybridge for a BBQ? It’s his birthday and we are inviting you to celebrate with us and book a table for yourself or you and a couple of friends; come with a partner; assemble your entire Avengers gang and book a table of 8. Serving 12pm till 3pm – open till 4pm. Book early to avoid disappointment. The menu is absolutely mouth watering:
Boneless chicken thighs marinated in a smoky BBQ glaze, chargrilled and finished with sticky BBQ sauce. Served with house slaw, potato salad, and dressed leaves.
Homemade beef burger in a toasted brioche bun with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, burger sauce and crispy onions. Served with skin-on fries and slaw.
Slow-cooked pork ribs finished on the chargrill with a sticky maple, mustard and BBQ glaze. Served with corn on the cob, slaw and Stu’s hand cut chunky chips.
Cajun-spiced salmon fillet chargrilled and served with lemon, herby new potatoes and summer salad.
Pulled BBQ jackfruit, roasted peppers, red onion, garlic mayo and fresh herbs on toasted flatbread, served with fries or salad. (vegan)
Chargrilled Halloumi, courgette, peppers, red onion and mushrooms with sweet chilli glaze, served with flatbread, slaw and dressed salad. (vegetarian)
Crispy corn ribs with smoked paprika, kombu seasoning, lime and fresh coriander, served with loaded vegan fries and dressed salad.
